When are you available to help?
If you need assistance, message me anytime and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Since I am a mom and have a family to care for I can't always respond immediately, but I promise to answer you back within 24 hours.
My usual working hours are from 10:00am to 10:00pm (EDT) UTC/GMT -4:00 hours (Eastern Daylight Time) Miami FL United States.
Why the file is not opening when I click on it?
You must first unzip the file before opening it in your program. And be sure you open the file within your program.
Am I able to get this file in a different file format?
Sure, just contact us and we will be happy to give you the requested file format after you purchase. Please note that we are only able to save in JPG, PNG, EPS, DXF, SVG, and PDF.
I cannot find the SVG file in the unzipped folder. Where is it?
We include SVG’s with all our designs. If you do not see an SVG, is because your computer has renamed it as an .HTML file and now shows an icon of a web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or any other).
It is still an SVG file and works the same way but your computer has just assigned that SVG’s to be opened in a browser.
If you want to use this SVG file with Cricut Design Space (or other cutting machine's software), you must upload the HTML file from within the Cricut Design Space application itself, then select the thumbnail of the recently uploaded HTML file and click button to add it to the canvas.
Visit https://chikipumcutfiles.com/where-is-the-svg for a more complete and detailed explanation.
Can I download on my phone or tablet?
Yes! All our files come as .ZIP files, which you can download using a mobile device and save to a cloud storage account like Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, etc. and have the file waiting for you on your computer!
You can even extract (unzip) to the download folder if you have a compatible app to extract (unzip) the files on your device (such as iZip). Note that using an extraction program like iZip, to download and unzip the files, will only allow you to unzip and view the files. You will need to use the appropriate cutting machine software, compatible with your mobile device or computer, to view and use SVG files.
