Product shipped quickly, especially with all the delays, that was greatly appreciated. Product was fresh. One little tiny gripe, which to ME wasn't the end of the world but there was a long strand of hair in seamoss but once I got that out I was fine. The world didnt end. Im sure it was an isolated issue.
