It all started when. . .

I made a tassel garland! What began as a hobby while staying home with our daughter grew into a full-time job for both my husband and me. We work from home out of our small crafting studio in Albquerque, New Mexico and my sister has even started designing and working on orders too! Our shop specializes in handmade party decor and more, We love making special occasions even more special for our customers, which is why we're always willing to customize colors, names and other details in any of our products or design something new for you!

Returns and exchange details
Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hour window, we do not allow cancellations or refunds as your order is already in our production queue. If you realized that you need your order sooner than our posted turnaround time, you can purchase our Rush Listing and/or Priority Shipping upgrades found on our Shop Home Page.

We DO NOT offer refunds or cancellations for digital items.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item so that we can help you find a solution, whether it be sending you a replacement, refunding, or assisting you to file a damage claim with the postal service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

These policies are subject to change, and any cancellation after the 24 hour window or refund request will be considered by a case by case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded and will be deducted from any refund.

I like one of your items, however, I'm looking for a different color. Is that possible?

Thanks for visiting our shop! We’re so glad you found something you like! We would be happy to customize our items to fit your event. If you just want another a common color (ex. red, yellow, etc.), feel free to let us know in the notes section of your order. Usually we are able to swap out one color and a glitter accent color free of charge. When changing or adding multiple colors, there may be an additional fee, so please contact us before placing your order! If you'd like a specific shade or color (ex. maroon, robin's egg blue, blush, burgundy, etc.), please message us to be sure we can accommodate your request. You may need to provide us with a color swatch or reference photo if it's not a shade we have on hand or are familiar with.

I want to place an order, but I need it ASAP. Will my order arrive on time?

If you are placing an order for an item that is needed in the immediate future (i.e. 1-2 weeks from now), please message us to make sure we can fulfill your order in time. We may suggest you purchase our "Rush Fee” to expedite your order in our production queue (this will not speed up the shipping method, your order will still ship First Class, but sooner) OR we may suggest that you upgrade your shipping to Priority 1-3 Day Mail (this means your order will still be worked on in its’ normal order, but the shipping method is a little quicker.) Depending on how soon you need your order, we may suggest both.

With any option you choose, we can never Guarantee a delivery date, as we can not control nor are we responsible for any postal delays.

I'm interested in/just purchased __________, but want to change some aspects of the design. Can you help?

If you haven't already placed your order, depending on the changes you'd like to make, we may suggest creating a custom listing for you to reflect those changes.

In some cases, customization may increase the price of an item.
If you have already placed your order, we may need to add an additional charge to reflect the changes you'd like depending on what you are requesting. This will be done by creating a custom listing for the difference in price.

Oh No! I just placed my order and realized my address is incorrect. Can you update it?

This happens a lot more frequently than you would think! While we would love to be able to, with the high volume of orders we receive, we can't guarantee that we will remember when it’s time to ship your package. Unfortunately, our shipping program will not allow us to save an updated address unless the shipping label is purchased at that time. That being said, we will have to suggest that we cancel your order and you place it again with the correct address.

I love your items, but they cost more than other shops I've checked out. Can you give me a discount or match their price?

We’re happy to hear you love our stuff! We work very hard on our designs to create products that make your event extra special. Our products are created from high quality materials and every item is assembled by hand. Nothing in our shop is mass produced and most items are made to order just for you (we keep very little ready-to-ship inventory on hand.)

As far as discounts, we occasionally offer Promo Codes or run Sales. Be sure to check our Announcement section to see what offers we have going on, follow us on Instagram @celinamariecraftstudio for updates, or shoot us a message and we may be able to put together a custom priced package depending on what you're ordering. :)

I just bought an instant/digital download! Where is it?

Once your payment clears (usually within minutes), your file(s) will be available for download. To access your digital file(s), while logged in to the Desktop site, in the upper right hand corner of the website, click "You". Then click "Purchases and reviews" and look for the order. To the right of the order, click the button that reads "Download Files"

How do I use the digital file that I purchased from you?

Customized digital invitations are sent in both JPEG and PDF formats. All other digital downloads are PDFs and are formatted to be printed on standard 8.5" x 11" letter sized paper. They are password protected and cannot be edited or resized except for by us. You can view and print your files using Adobe Acrobat Reader, another PDF reader, or your browser.

If you are looking for a file in a different size or format, please contact us BEFORE purchasing. If we are able to accommodate your request, we will create a custom listing for the order and would email your files to you once they are complete.
