Where do I leave my details?
You may leave your color selections during the checkout process. Either use the personalization field or the notes to seller at checkout.
Where do I send my photo?
Please send your photo via etsy message with your order number in the title. If you would prefer, you can send it via email at cmsdesignstudio1@gmail.com.
Wholesale availability
We offer wholesale, please message us directly through Etsy or email us at colin@cmsdesignstudio.com.
What are your studio hours?
Our studio is open Monday-Friday from 8am - 4pm EST.
How do you ship your orders?
All orders are shipped within 5 business days and are sent with USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days delivery time). The shipping price can be calculated by clicking on the "Calculate Shipping" button on each listing.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for non-personalized or custom orders. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the item must be in it's original packaging. A refund will be applied within one business day of the item being received.
