Please be aware that we will ship all international packages by First Class Mail® through the United States Postal Service. The USPS does not offer tracking information on international First Class packages so you will NOT be able to track your package. When we mail your package we will send you the Customs Declaration Number in place of a tracking number. This number will be scanned when we mail your package but it is unlikely that it will ever be scanned again. We send you this number so you can see when your package was shipped but it is not a true tracking number. Because of this, we can not be held responsible if your package does not arrive. If your package is never delivered and we can prove through the Customs Declaration Number that your package was mailed, we are under no obligation to refund or reship your order.
♥A tracking number can be added to your international package if you elect to upgrade your package to Registered Mail for an additional $13. In order to do this you MUST contact us through Etsy's conversation system and let us know that you want to upgrade your package to Registered Mail BEFORE your package is mailed. We recommend that you do this before you make your purchase. Also, you must send the required $13 to our Paypal account before we can mail your package.
♥Once your package is shipped you should receive your tracking information from Paypal by e-mail.
♥We are not responsible for packages that are lost after we mail them.
** Please understand we have NO control over how long it takes the post office to deliver your package, it might take 8 weeks or longer if it held by Customs.

Refunds and Exchanges
