Sizing details
I will assist in all scaling request of purchased files. This means I will alter the size of a file, for no fee, relative to the original size of the file. I will not alter the file significantly or change any sketches created during the drafting process, as this is a lengthy and time consuming process.
Requests for new files.
I will accept requests for new files to be added to my shop (so long as they are not specific one time use files) and I have done so in the past. Please keep in mind I use mechanical drafting software to create my products and it is a lengthy process. I will not accept hard deadlines. Once a request is completed I will notify you via message that it is completed and has been posted in my store, this means this download will be available for all users of Esty.
