CONCEPT contemporary ceramic studio is a Bulgarian brand who is based in Sofia and creates contemporary jewelry and functional objects made from fine porcelain. The pieces in my collections are handmade by me and are all designed with beauty and simple look. The fineness of the porcelain makes them precious and dainty.

You are able to pay with a credit / Debit card or PayPal without a PayPal account. If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, please note that you do not need an account in order to make a purchase. For Bulgarian delivery please write your telephone number than the address.
Packaging:
Your jewelry or porcelain vessel will be carefully packaged in a gift box and shipped in a bubble mailer. It's all set for gift-giving! For a short handwritten message, just leave a note during checkout.
The current shipping time is about 6 -10 days for Europe and everywhere else usually is 2 weeks. Australia and New Zealand - up to 3 weeks. We will e-mail you a tracking number once your parcel is shipped. Ready to ship in 1-3 business days after receiving the payment. If there is any delay please contact us. Shipping items to a work address is often a good idea. We cannot refund shipping charges for UNCLAIMED packages or returns.
Please contact us regarding express shipping cost of your package if interested.
Please note that it usually takes more time than regularly for the orders to be shipped during the Christmas season. The shipping service/time of the packages are beyond our control.
All orders are shipped to your Etsy address, unless you provide a different one.
The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any taxes, duties and fees that may be levied by the destination country and due at the time of delivery. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Items are shipped from Sofia / Bulgaria.
Damage in delivery:
I do my best to pack all orders safely, but no postal service guarantees a 100% no damage delivery (they are known to deliver even metal objects completely flattened). In case of a broken item, please contact me immediately to sort this out the best possible way. I will require a photo of the damaged item and the box inside and outside before proceeding.
If you would like this item to a location that is not listed please send me a convo with your address and I will provide you with a shipping cost estimate.
Delays is transport are beyond my responsibility. Please, try and buy in advance if you need an item by an exact date. Please, make sure you are aware of production times for made-to-order items. They can take between 3 and 6 weeks depending on the project. Please, let me know of any deadlines before buying to ensure I am able complete your order on time.

Sizing details
Size details are shown in each listing, either by picture and/ or by measurements in inches and centimeters.
Care instructions
All jewelry are made of high quality white porcelain clay. This clay enables the item to be strong, hard, and beautiful white of color. The item is fired till around 1240 to 1280 Celsius degree in a ceramic kiln.
The porcelain part can be cleaned with a soft cloth or a very soft brush. Please avoid using any hard material like a metal brush.
All vessels аre made from fine porcelain. All glazes are lead free and food safe. Can be used in a dishwasher and microwave but I recommend to be washed by hand as all handmade vessels.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are packed in a beautiful branded box. I pack my items with great care, and beautifully wrapped . I use recycled boxes, and a special Eco bubble wrap. I take great care to ensure items arrive safely. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, I will replace the damaged item (see refund policy).
They are securely packed in order for a smooth shipping. Information about the item, materials and care instructions are included in the packaging.
Do you wish to give the item as a gift? It is possible to include a personal message in the packaging. You could let me know in the Note section during Checkout, so I will include your message in the packaging.
