It all started with my love for my animals...

I started making coats and accessories for my own horses and dogs about 16 or 17 years ago. After getting repeated requests from friends and strangers asking me if I could make products for their pets, I decided to create Cozy Horse. I still use some of those original horse blankets and dog coats on my animals to this day! One particular dog coat has graced the back of three different Dobermans, two of which have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.
My goal has always been to create the best made, most durable, functional and beautiful pet products there are.

Shipping

When an item is shipped, an email with a tracking number is sent to the customer. Any item shipped via priority mail will also have insurance. Once the item leaves my shop it is up to USPS to get it to your door. If in the unlikely event an item is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local post office with the tracking number that was provided in the email that was sent when the item was shipped.
The customer is also responsible for making sure that their shipping address is correct when placing an order.
