I only accept returns in the rare occasion when something is wrong with the item. If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me at Kerry(at)csliteraryjewelry(dot)com so I can help resolve the problem.

To help us determine the best course of action, I may ask you to provide photos of the damaged item.

Please be aware that each item I sell is made by hand, and as a result, there will be slight quirks and variations from piece to piece. Also, although I make every effort to make our photos true to life, some shift in color may occur as a result of variations among computer monitors and their settings.

-- Priority Mail Express: Guaranteed Delivery in 1 Business Day

For International Customers
-- Priority Mail Inter’l: Estimated Delivery in 6-10 Business Days
-- Priority Mail Express Inter’l - Guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days to select countries, including: Australia, China and Hong Kong, France (excluding Corsica and Monaco), Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Japan, Republic of Korea, Singapore, and Spain (not including the Canary Islands)

Please note: delivery times do not include the 3-5 business days needed to make your items.

Estimated delivery times for packages sent via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail International are not guaranteed by the USPS and delays do occur. If you need your order by a specific date, please consider updating to a shipping method with a guaranteed delivery date, like Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail Express International.

If your order does not arrive with the expected delivery time, please contact me so I can help resolve the problem. International customers may be asked to contact their local customs department to see if their items have been held up in customs.

Please ensure that your mailing address is correct when placing an order to avoid delays and additional shipping costs.

I am required by law to collect sales tax from customer who live in NY State. For the most part, Etsy’s system will determine the correct sales tax rate based on your zip code. Please be aware, however, that there are several zip codes in NYS that have multiple tax rates and the system may have trouble determining the correct amount of tax to charge for those locations. In the unlikely event that this issue impacts your order, I will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
