****PLEASE READ LISTINGS IN THEIR ENTIRETY PRIOR TO PURCHASING****

We are not asking you to create a Holodeck or operate the T.A.R.D.I.S. And we assure you you will not develop bouts of narcolepsy from doing so. In fact you may even have a better understanding of what you are potentially purchasing!

Also, please double check that you have provided us with all the information required for processing your order. If we do not receive the required information in a reasonable time frame before the order needs to be shipped we will be forced to cancel the order.

We strive to answer inquiries as quickly as possible. However we are balancing two little ones and this shop so please have patience during non-production hours for response times.

Payment
At this time we accept paypal, credit card, and Etsy gift card transactions.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within the first 24 hours, minus the Etsy/Paypal or transaction fees to process refund and renew listing. If a cancellation is requested after the initial 24 hours and the purchase has already shipped, we cannot process a refund until the product is returned to us in sellable condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

If additional payment is required to complete the order and we haven't received correspondence back from the buyer within 48 hours we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Additionally if the buyer requires delivery by a particular date that we can not support within the processing and shipping time frames referenced in the listings, we will be forced again to cancel the order.
Shipping
Any orders with arrival deadline need to be discussed prior to purchasing, to calculate for additional shipping costs. Please reference the processing times for the listing and additional information below to see if you will need a priority mail upgrade. If an order is already placed and needs a shipping upgrade, which also require a Custom Listing to be made a $2.00 charge will be included for listing fees and processing. If you have any questions or concerns along those lines please message us.

Please double check that you have provided us with all the information required for processing your order. If we do not receive the required information in a reasonable time frame before the order needs to be shipped we will be forced to cancel the order.

Domestic: All our products get shipped USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days). Unless weight of the product is over a pound or delicate in nature and requires a box, then the product will be shipped Priority Mail (1-3 business days). Please message us prior to paying if you would prefer a method quicker and we can calculate shipping costs.

International Shipping (Including Canada): All our products get shipped USPS First Class Mail (3 weeks for delivery). Unless weight of the product is over a pound or delicate in nature and requires a box then the product will be shipped Priority Mail (6-10 business days). Feel free to message us prior to paying if you would prefer a quicker method and we can calculate shipping costs. Arrival time can also vary depending on your countries Customs Regulations.

Typically smaller items are shipped via USPS but UPS, FedEx and insurance are also options. Any concerns about shipping methods, arrival times or other options need to be discuss prior to purchasing.

Our shipping prices are based on USPS calculations, we put our shipping supplies cost into the shipping price but do not make any profit on it. If the shipping charges occurred during a transaction are$1 or more less than what you paid we will refund the overage .

We cannot refund shipping costs spent during the transaction. If for some reason postal carriers damage, lose, or don't meet a guaranteed delivery time (Priority Express Only) a claim will be filed by us with the carrier. If the claim is accepted by the carrier, then we will refund the amount you payed up to a maximum of the claim paid to us by the carrier. In no event shall the amount refunded exceed the original purchase cost. Please keep in mind that most cases take up to 6 weeks for a refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the individual nature of our products and the costs associated with returns or exchanges, we will generally not accept refunds or exchanges. If you feel that an exception to this policy should be made please contact us and we will evaluate your request on a case by case basis. Evaluation of each case must be brought to our attention and resolved prior to 30 days after the purchase has been made.

If in the unlikely case that an order was delivered or made incorrectly the items must be returned to us (in sellable condition) in order to receive a refund. If the product is damaged in anyway we cannot assist with any potential refund. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility and are not refundable. The orders initial shipping cost will be determined refundable on a case by case basis. If a replacement is needed we can resend the item prior to receiving the initial item back only if an additional payment is received. If a picture has been received and verified that we made an error there will be no charge for replacement shipping (excluding International, Next Day Services, and Priority Express Mail).
Additional policies and FAQs
Our primary mode of communication if through Etsy's message system. We prefer to have all of our information documented in case we need to review it. If you are unable to check Etsy on a regular basis to see if you have received a message, please be sure that you have the email option checked off in your account settings, so you can be emailed when you have received a conversation message. You can do this by going to Account Settings -> Email -> and Check the box stating Email when... "Someone sends me a convo."

Custom Requests: If you would like something similar to the items in my shop please contact me with the details. Turn around time for a custom request varies with the size of the project and the availability of supplies. I will give you an estimate of time and cost before I start the work. Additionally due to the nature of custom work payment will be required prior to the product being produced.

Feedback: Please provide feedback! By providing insight into what you liked or disliked about my products you will ensure that new products we post to our shop have the features you want. Remember Etsy is feedback based, not only does your opinion help us bring you great product for a great price, but it also tells future customers about our product.
