I'll be honest. Jewelry making was an accidental hobby which really only originated from the guilt of losing a ring my boyfriend (now husband) got for me that I truly loved for my birthday. I quickly searched up a jewelry making workshop in downtown Toronto to learn how to remake the same ring, and after a weekend and an entire week of entering the world of metalsmithing, I fell in love and since then my creative juice hasn't stopped flowing.
I then realized that I could design, create and sell jewelry that I am passionate about. The freedom of creating my own pieces is so amazing and it is really hard to stop working on a design once I get really excited about it. The best part is getting feedback from my customers on how much they love wearing my jewelry. It feels awesome.
I am still a chemical engineer during the day, but after work and until the wee hours at night, I am a jewelry maker.
I hope you enjoy my jewelry as much as I love making them.

Returns and exchange details
If the ring size needs to be adjusted from the requested ring size at the time of the order, that will be an extra 30$US which includes shipping back to the customer. Please note, only ring sizes that need to be adjusted up to half sizes will be accepted.
I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop.
I do not offer a refund or exchange for all 14k gold pieces as these are all made to order.
If the item was lost or misplaced due to the postal service, that is out of my control but I will however, work with you to resolve the issue and see if we can come up with an option that is suitable for both of us.
Sales on all earrings are final.
All my items are made to withstand general wear. Repairs if needed are offered for two months after purchases, customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Care of Jewelry:
Over time, silver will tarnish with exposure to air, chemicals, and oils in the skin. Pieces are best cleaned using a soft cotton cloth or felt (or, if necessary, a soft-bristled toothbrush) with mild, non-abrasive soap and warm water. Be very careful not to dislodge any stones or wires. Rinse pieces thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storing. For best results, clean pieces periodically and handle with care!
All of my brass jewelry will tarnish over time but the result is its own beautiful unique look. If you would like to restore its original shine, you can simply use any brass polish.
Payment
When you check out from Etsy, you will see a link to the PayPal site. Please make sure that your PayPal address and your Etsy address match.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still do a secure check out with a credit card. Choose PayPal when checking out from Etsy and follow the steps for non-account holders.
I require payment within 48 hours of purchase. If payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

Shipping
If you feel your item may have been delayed or lost during shipment, please let me know by getting in touch with me on Etsy, and I will do everything I can to track down your package. Please note your order number, so I may reference your order information as quickly as possible.
Sometimes international shipments are held at your local post office for pickup (not just dropped at your doorstep), so please be sure to check there if you are waiting on your order... often they forget to leave you a note.
Depending on your country, additional customs charges, fees or taxes may be due upon receipt of your package.
If your Etsy address does not match your Pay pal address, Items will be shipped to your Etsy address. If you would like items shipped to a different location please notify me in “Notes to Seller” or through Convo previous to payment. No refunds or credits will be given for items lost due to incorrect mailing address.
