CS Grillz provides a set of molding kit, customers are responsible for providing a good mold impression, the grillz will be made exactly to the impression that we receive. 
You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase ONLY if production has not begun on your grillz, the refund will only be processed back to the original payment method. 
If you choose to cancel your order before you send us back your molds, you will only receive a partial refund, meaning you will be charged shipping/handling plus a $15 fee per mold kit sent. The remaining balance will be processed back to the original payment method. 
Every refund contains a 10% cancelation fee that will be deducted from the total price, minus the $15 per mold kit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
All sales are non-refundable once production has begun. 
Once receiving the finished product, you have exactly 7 days to communicate any fitting issues or factory defects. After 7 days any adjustments will have a charge of $70 that will include a set of molding kit and shipping services. 
Any grillz that you send for adjustment, with physical damage will not be adjusted or repaired. That includes cracks, scratches, bends, and dents.
