We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our web site and Etsy web pages, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
USPS FIRST CLASS SHIPPING & HANDLING - On all domestic & international orders. Rush shipping available upon request for an additional fee. All Items are packed securely and enclosed in bubble wrap.

SHIPPING TIME - In the United States you can expect your USPS First Class Mail package in 3-8 business days. Expect delays especially during busy periods.

We ship to your Etsy Shipping Address unless otherwise requested. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We ship via International USPS First Class and standard international shipping times apply (these vary greatly depending on your location. Some international locations, even Canada, can take several weeks (1-6 weeks) depending on customs and the postal service in your country).

Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are buyers responsibility and are not reflected in the shipping charges. (A confirmed ship date is available however tracking information may not be on international orders.)

EXPEDITED SHIPPING – Rush USPS shipping is available for an additional charge.
Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

**Please Note: We are not responsible for lost items, stolen, misdirected mail or delays caused by shipping companies, postal services, international customs or mail/parcel delivery.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED - We reserve the right to add the signature required option to any package we ship.
Refunds and Exchanges
Prior to leaving Feedback on Etsy, we would like to have the opportunity to assist you as we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your order. Should there be a problem contact us through Etsy Conversation within 3 business days of receipt. If for some reason we can not mutually resolve the issue together, we offer a 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on items for credit or full refund.

For Refunds or Exchanges:
Forward an Etsy Conversation with a description of the issue including your Original Order Date and Etsy Order Number. A RMA Number will be assigned and sent to you for the return with instructions for the return. Please use this number on all correspondence related to the Refund/Exchange indicating the item being returned/exchanged and the reason.

All products must be sent via USPS Postal Service and we recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package. The item must be returned in its original condition within its gift tin and bubble wrap to ensure it does not get damaged during shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Once your jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days.

Tuttle Group, Inc., holds title and rights to each design and it does not transfer with purchase. We reserve all rights therein to the reproduction of all designs, including but not limited to, photograph, publicize, post, promote or sell any custom order design. We DO report cases of copyright and trademark infringement to Etsy as well as take legal action against infringement when necessary.

Tuttle Group, Inc.,reserves the right to make substitutions due to availability and quality of product/component. Prices are based on the costs of raw materials and therefore are subject to change at any time.
