Christine is een levenslange kunstenaar en groeide op op het platteland van Maine en bracht veel van haar jeugddagen door met spelen langs de vele meren, bossen en stranden. Hier ontdekte ze haar fascinatie voor dieren, de natuurwetenschappen en de natuur. Ze maakt nu haar thuis in West-North Carolina, en als een fervent wandelaar haalt ze haar inspiratie uit de vele soorten die haar interesse wekken tijdens haar verkenningen.
Christine is bedreven in vele media, waaronder houtskool, acryl en pastel, maar haar favoriete en meest gebruikte medium is aquarel. Christine is ook enkele jaren in de leer gegaan en heeft gewerkt als muralist in Portland, ME, en heeft een uitgebreid portfolio van haar werk, dat je kunt bezoeken op Instagram @c.wright.designs.
Christine is a lifelong artist, and growing up in rural Maine she spent many of her childhood days playing along the many lakes, forests, and beaches. Here she discovered her fascination with animals, the natural sciences, and the natural world. She now makes her home in Western North Carolina, and as an avid hiker she draws her inspiration from the many species which pique her interest during her explorations.
Christine is skilled in many mediums including charcoal, acrylic, and pastel, but her favorite and most used medium is watercolor. Christine has also apprenticed and worked as a muralist in Portland, ME for several years, and has an extensive portfolio of her work, which you can visit on Instagram @c.wright.designs.
