We have officially moved into our new shop! We have our powder coat oven fully operational and have since developed a new finish. All our finishes are done in a quality powder coat now! We still have a lot of work to do getting our listings updated, and we will be working on that over the next few weeks.

We feature a wide variety of artisan-designed metal home decor products
to decorate in both casual and rustic environments. Designs include small
furniture pieces as well as a large selection of metal decor accessories and
gift items.
We also feature an extensive line of metal lighting fixtures, all UL listed. We
carry chandeliers, pendant lighting, wall sconces, table lamps, and floor lamps.

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please contact me via etsy.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA# and supply the return address.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
If the finish is peeling, flaking or otherwise failing we will allow a return or exchange. Other finish blemishes are natural by nature and not included in this process.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Shipping
we do not maintain an inventory of finished product. We can more
economically and efficiently service your requests as we build
your specific order. From the receipt of an order to ship date is
usually 2-3 weeks.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that our product is handcrafted. We present the
metal surface to you as the mill gives it to us, which may include
some dings, and scratches. We leave this distress to provide
the rustic character of our product.
Outdoor Application:
For outdoor application of our metal product, we apply a
powder coat finish, which is both moisture and UV resistant.
