Thank you for shopping at Cabin Fever CO. We create our items with great care in a pet-free, smoke-free environment. Because of the time it takes to create each item individually, we do not offer discounts on multiple orders.

**Purchases**
On custom orders and reserved listings, payment must be made within 24 hours or the purchase may be voided.

**Washing Instructions**
Washable items should be done on the gentle cycle in cool water with mild detergent and recommend they be hung to dry, but we like to use the dryer a bit on low to medium heat. If needed, touch up with an iron on low temperature on the back side of an appliqué design or use a pressing cloth. Avoid direct heat to the thread to avoid melting or creating a burn. If the item is appliqued, avoid soaking it to prevent bleeding. If fabric bleeds, use a color catcher or Oxy-clean to remove.

**Returns**
Returns are not accepted on personalized orders. We carefully inspect every order prior to shipping. If there is an issue with quality, please contact us.

We are not responsible for an item that has been washed, and no returns will be accepted.

Returns and exchanges
We are very proud of the quality of our work and will do what we can to satisfy your needs. Because our items are custom made, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. However if there is an error in your shipment, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.

If an item is damaged, a clear photo of the item/damage must be submitted within five days of receipt of the item by the customer. After that time, no refunds or exchanges will be made.
Payment
Payment must be received within 24 hours or the transaction will be canceled. PayPal is the preferred method of payment to ensure a safe and secure transaction, as well as timely receipt of your purchase.
Shipping
Shipping methods:
We offer standard shipping and priority shipping via United States Postal Service which includes delivery confirmation. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 days from the time your order is shipped. Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 days from the time your order is shipped. Please allow up to 7 business days to fill your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
