I am a new member. I was very exited but found out that when I received my boots they did not fit I contact the owner she refused to refund my purchase and was very rude. When you have a seller who has a no refund policy it should be noticed that before you hit the button to purchase the item it should be in bold letters. In stead it in a tag call policy and as a new person one would not nessary know to look there. I did find it later after but told me but at that point or was to late. And then to try to open a case with etsy just as bad . No clear tab to open a case . I final gave up , the whole process was confusing and very frustrating It really turn me off ., so know I just look and scared to buy anything .

Hello Danelle. I am very sorry this was a bad experience for you, but I was extremely clear and precise about all the measurements. You said that you missed the calf measurement in the listing, it up to the client has read all the measurements before ordering. On etsy, we are mostly all tiny businesses, and not a big company like Amazon. We can't just let people try on whatever they want and return it. I am extremely accommodating, and I am never rude to my customers. I am just in a tough spot, because if the buyer doesn't read the listing, I can't go bankrupt trying to send things back and forth across the world. After we spoke I added a link in every listing to my shop policies advising people to read before purchase. All the best, Emily

Curated vintage for a modern wardrobe

I started Caesar Pony because my first love has always been vintage, and I am lucky enough to turn it into a career. I’m located in Montreal, where I share a sunny studio space with three other lovely vintage sellers. A big part of Caesar Pony is pop-up shops, I have organized and participated in many over the years. If you’re in the area contact me for a private shopping appointment, and you can see all the crazy stuff I have in the studio.

As we all know, half the fun of ordering from Etsy is getting exciting packages in the mail. I always include a hand written note to each customer with a little thank-you gift and a coupon code for future discounts.

I want vintage clothing to be seen as a complement to your current wardrobe. Each piece is unique, well made and not something you would find at the mall.

Additional policies and FAQs
How items are measured:
Unless otherwise stated, all measurements are in inches and they are taken on the outside of a garment. Each piece is laid flat before measuring. The measurement is then doubled, an example would be: bust measures 17" flat therefor it is marked as 34". If you would like any additional measurements please let me know.

How to measure your body:
measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust. Be sure to go over your shoulder blades.

True Waist:
measure around the narrowest part of your torso. Put one finger between your body and the measuring tape, this will allow for a comfortable fit.

stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
