Upon receipt of your toppers, please unwrap them very carefully. The most fragile areas will be wrapped in the most wrap to protect. It can help to cut little tiny snips of the plastic with a scissor. Once received, they can be stored in a cool (room temperature), dry, dark place until your event. Do not store them in the fridge or freezer.
After your event, they make wonderful keepsakes! Just keep them out of direct sunlight and they will last for years to come!

All items are made to order and can be customized to your liking.

If you would like to change the colors, please just leave the colors you would like in the notes to seller box at checkout.

Please pay attention to processing times prior to ordering. The current processing time (Usually 2 weeks plus shipping time) can be found in photo 6 of every listing, in the shop announcement, in the shipping section, and in multiple places in the shop policies. A rush order is available if you need something sooner.

If you need something sooner than the current processing time, please purchase Rush Order listing to the Jump the Line listing. You will also have the option to upgrade to priority shipping for smaller items. Just add the rush order listing to your cart along with the toppers that you need.

Please allow at least 7 days (10 days during peak times and always 10 days for high heel shoes) for processing and drying time with the rush order. If that is not soon enough, please contact me before ordering. I try my best to fit all requests into our schedule. I will guarantee you a ship date and advise you of the scheduled delivery date.

Processing time is normally 2 weeks plus shipping time, about 1-6 days. If you need something sooner, please contact me BEFORE purchasing and/or purchase the Rush Order listing.
All orders received after 5PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays are considered to be the next business day and ship dates will be adjusted accordingly. Any orders scheduled to ship on a federal holiday will ship the next business day.

Please do NOT purchase your item and then leave a note that you need it sooner than the posted processing and shipping times. You must contact me OR purchase the Rush Order. I may not see the note until I go to process the order and it will still follow the posted processing time, not your requested time.

Rare delays can happen. While I have no control over this, I can help you to track down your package and get it to you asap. Cake Devils cannot be held responsible for lost packages and/or delays that occur on the part of USPS or UPS for circumstances including, but not limited to, lost packages, bad weather, customer errors (wrong address, locked gates, no secure location to leave package, etc), natural disasters, etc. I am here to help you track down your package and file claims for insured packages. Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their local post office.

Please be aware that I always guarantee my ship by dates, however, I CANNOT ever guarantee a delivery date, as I have no control over the speed and accuracy of USPS. Please plan ahead when possible. These toppers can be ordered early and stored until your event.

Shipping via UPS is available BY REQUEST. Please message me PRIOR to placing an order for shipping costs if you would prefer your order be shipped via UPS. Same as above, shipping dates are guaranteed, but delivery dates are not as I have no control over the speed and accuracy of UPS.

Though it is extremely rare for items to arrive unusable from damage, it can happen. If you would like your item insured against loss or damage, there is an insurance listing in our shop. All items shipped priority mail include up to $50 of insurance coverage.

If your item arrives damaged, and/or you have any other issues, PLEASE MESSAGE ME WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT so I can help you. Please DO NOT throw away the item, the box or any packing materials.

Sometimes it's as simple as helping you to repair the item prior to placing it on the cake. Other times, it may be more involved. If the above is not followed, I may be unable to help you.

-All items are made to order and can be customized to your liking.
-All of our products are handmade and will have differences and variations. This give each item it's own uniqueness. Shades of colors mixed by hand will vary slightly. While colors can be made as close as possible to a requested color, an exact match can never be guaranteed.
-Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
-Cupcake toppers, small cake decorations, and flat cake decorations are fine to eat. The larger, more dense cake toppers should not be consumed as they dry quite hard and may contain toothpicks for support.
