Hi and welcome!
My name is Kyoko and I moved to America from Tokyo, Japan in 2006 with my international family to begin a new adventure. I have always loved crafting - knitting, crochet, quilting and more. Somehow, I just love to make baby blankets and I would gift them to friends expecting or simply wanting a unique and personal gift for another's baby shower. I received such gratitude and compliments on my creations that I decided to open an Etsy shop with help from my American husband.
I started by selling completed blankets but couldn't keep up with demand and eventually learned about American patterns (very different from Japanese visual patterns). Now I love that I can share my designs through patterns with more people from around the world!
My goal has always been to design something beautiful that is easy for the pattern reader to understand and have success creating the same results that I get. I want the designs I share to provide joy in their making and produce creations you can give proudly as gifts or treasure yourself.
