Care instructions
Mugs are ceramic and are NOT dishwasher safe, please hand wash only. Please handle with care to avoid chipping and damage to your decal. I use a permanent, outdoor, commercial grade vinyl. The vinyl should never come off with care instructions followed correctly.

Gift wrapping and packaging
I will gladly gift wrap items if you leave me clear directions in the "Notes to Seller" section during checkout.
Custom and personalized orders
Please be sure to leave all information such as font, design, vinyl color, etc. in the "note to seller" section. Instructions are included in the item description on each listing. Without this information, we can not process your item and it will cause a delay in shipping. If the order is sent differently from what was submitted in the original order, I will replace at no cost. If the order is exactly as sent in the order, the buyer would need to re-purchase the item.
If we do not have all your information to process your order such as name/monogram/quote/saying and we have attempted to contact you and have not received a response we will cancel your order and refund you your money.

You will receive a card with detailed application instructions for how to apply your decals.
