Today, 3/6/21...here is a shot of my lovely Philodendron when it arrived 3/2 and today 3/6, looks really great nearly a week later in it`s new clay pot that I planted it up in. Shiny leaf's and pretty red stems. Thank you California Tropicals for a great looking plant!

My plant has been delivered and is not within the standards that were advertised to me. What do I do?
Contact California Tropicals immediately in order to ensure the best possible outcome.
I have taken my plant out of its original pot, and it's now dying. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds after the plant has been taken out of it's original packaging.
My plant arrived in health, but is now dying. It's in the original pot, but the 3 day return policy has passed. What can I do?
Contact California Tropicals and explain the situation. Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. Depending on the problem, we may consider shipping you a new plant free of charge. (You only pay the shipping)
