Physical items (stickers) can be cancelled within 24 hours if they are not yet marked as shipped. If they have already been marked as shipped, I will be unable to cancel your order and refund you as it will have already left my possession.

For digital files, I cannot offer refunds after payment has been made. Please make sure you are 100% committed to your purchase.

PROCESSING TIMES:
Please check our shop announcement for current processing times. If you need your order before a certain date, contact us prior to ordering to discuss. Any notes left in notes to seller concerning processing times and ship dates might be overlooked and will not be honored.

REGULAR MAIL:
Items are mailed in a clear plastic sleeve, and protected by a thick card stock envelope. They are shipped via PostNL as regular mail in order to keep shipping fees low. A tracking number will NOT be provided. Shipments are made to the address on file with Etsy. Please make sure to update your address with Etsy before purchasing. Refunds are not available for purchases sent to the wrong address. Once shipped, I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. Lost mail is VERY rare.

If you would like to add tracking to your order, you can upgrade on checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
For domestic addresses: expected delivery 1-3 business days
For International addresses: 3-20 business days
However, please note that these are just estimations by PostNL, and the actual delivery time may vary. Please be patient as there may be unexpected delays that are out of our control. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES:
Import duties, taxes, fees and/or any other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. I can not and will not pay them. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to purchase.

DIGITAL ITEMS:
Shipping for digital files is FREE!
Products will be sent electronically to the email address provided on your Etsy account as PDF attachments. Large items will be sent in a zipped folder (due to their size). If you have trouble opening the folder, please contact me and I can send the documents through a number of emails. Items should be received within 72 hours of payment (although usually less than 24 hours – keeping in mind time zone differences).

Please note ALL ITEMS in my shop are for PERSONAL use only.

DIGITAL PAPER TERMS OF USE
All personal use is ok as long as you are not profiting from the use of the files in any way. You may not forward or share the files with anyone else - please direct them to my store.

- Claim the files as your own
- Share/re-distribute/sell the papers in their original format.
- Alter the files in any way
- Turn the papers in to .svg format or any file types of the same nature - in their original format or altered
- Give the files to a 3rd party, wholesaler or company
- Use the papers to create freebies available on your blog, website or other
- Use the papers as a designer resource
- Clip the papers to shapes to create 'clipart' and sell the end result - STRICTLY PROHIBITED
