Very disappointed with this garter and customer service.. I sent message after message and called several times and it wasn't until I left a message saying I was going to dispute the charge if I did not hear back when I finally heard back.. Once I received it, loved it! Looked exactly as showed and was beautiful.. BUT, come wedding night, I could not tie the ribbon tight enough for it to stay one.. It kept slipping off.. Half way through the night it fell off for the last time and the hanging chain ended up breaking.. I was very upset it did even last to the honeymoon suite (LUCKILY we weren't planning a garter toss!!)

Cameron Couture

While planning my own wedding back in 2011 I was struggling to find all of the pieces and accessories that fit the vision I was going for. I have always been creative and love hand making accessories for my daughter, Cameron, so I decided to start hand making a lot of my wedding visions myself. I realized that I had inherited the creative gene from my late mother who I had always watched create the most beautiful designs growing up. She created everything from Victorian style ornaments for our Christmas tree to dresses and accessories for me and I have always loved customizing and creating art and accessories myself.

I was encouraged by close friends of mine to turn this hobby into my career, as I was always questioning what direction I wanted to head in, so I decided "Why not?" and opened up a very small etsy shop. I started out creating and listing a lot of the little things that I loved and knew how to make and over the last few years have learned so many new techniques and skills and have grown extremely passionate about making this a successful full time business. I absolutely love creating bridal designs and spend a lot of time scouring bridal magazines and blogs for constant inspiration for new designs and ideas. I love bringing my creations to life and am always looking to bring something fresh and new to my shop and challenging myself to design pieces that stand out from the rest.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment and all buyers can pay via PayPal using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay through PayPal with your credit card.

I also accept direct credit card payments during checkout with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express if you prefer not to use PayPal.
Shipping

All US orders are shipped with USPS First Class mail which typically takes 2-5 business days from the ship date, however arrival time is not guaranteed. All USPS First Class packages will come with tracking however they are not insured.

• • • Faster Shipping, Insurance, Lost Packages • • •
If your order is time sensitive, please contact me with the requested date in which you need your order so that I can send you an invoice to upgrade your shipping method. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please let me know ahead time and I can do this for an additional cost. I cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost, damaged or stolen goods after I ship the items, so please consider shipping insurance and be sure that your "ship to" address is to a secure location.

Buyers are responsible for all custom & import duties. All packages are shipped using USPS First Class International which can take from 2-5 weeks or longer. There is no guaranteed arrival date for First Class packages. USPS First Class mail does not include tracking, insurance or delivery confirmation. If you would like any of these add on options you must upgrade to USPS Express Int'l (estimated 5 business days) or USPS Priority Int'l shipping (estimated 6-10 business days). Please let us know prior to purchase if you would like to upgrade so we can arrange a PayPal invoice for the additional cost. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

***IMPORTANT: As stated above, USPS First Class International packages do not guarantee an arrival time. If you are ordering from outside the US and your order is time sensitive, please contact me to upgrade your shipping method and rush processing. Cameron Couture is not responsible/cannot accept returns for items that were sent via USPS First Class International and arrived after your desired date so we highly encourage you to upgrade your shipping method if it is for a specific occasion.

All purchases will come packaged for a safe trip to avoid damages
Refunds and Exchanges
For ready made or made to order items without custom changes to the overall design, I will accept refunds/exchanges if I am notified first within 7 days of receipt and buyer is to pay return shipping/exchange shipping. If the item has not yet shipped and you'd like to cancel, I must be notified within 3 days of the purchase. Any cancellations after 3 business days will require a cancellation fee. If there is an issue with your item upon arrival that my shop is clearly responsible for, I can alter the item for you or send a replacement depending on the circumstances. The item will need to be in the same condition as it was upon arrival and not used/worn.

For approved returns, the item must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving. I will submit all refunds within 3 business days of receiving the item for the cost of the item/s and refund USPS First Class shipping cost only. I cannot issue refunds for your return label, so I recommend returning your items using First Class mail. I do not issue refunds for Priority or Express orders. For custom pieces or made to order pieces that have been altered/customized by request, I will offer exchanges for equal or lesser value items (any price difference up to $50 will be refunded) within 7 days of receipt (some time frames are negotiable) or I can modify the piece to work for you. Shipping will not be refunded.

After a return is approved, please ship back using an insured shipping method. If the item is returned damaged without having been insured, I will deduct the damage cost from any exchange or refund amount. If the item is lost in transit and is uninsured, I am unable to process the refund.

Rush order fees are to pay for a service provided and are non-refundable.
International taxes and duties paid by the buyer are non-refundable, as stated above they are the responsibility of the buyer.
