PACKAGING
Our shipping rates cover cost of packing materials used in shipping. Bubble wrap, ink , paper, packing tape, shipping boxes. Many hours are spent in the packing process and driving packages to local post office.
I do try to go green when possible and use recycled materials. We must keep our earth beautiful . This is one way to do it .

CANADA orders are normally slow in shipping to its destination.

RETURNS

If you find you are unhappy with purchase, you can return it for a refund minus shipping charges. You must pay return shipping. Item must be in the same condition you received it. This covers monies incurred in the time and material used in the preparation of the item.

Thank you for visiting my shop, showing interest in my handiwork, and taking the time to read my policies.

We want happy customers. As always if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us thru Easy convo so we can work towards a return solution for you.


PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand or hand altered, so no two of my items are identical. That's the beauty of the product!

HANDBAGS! We love fabrics and all its natural imperfections such as color variations, and frayed edges and feel that these imperfections and small flaws make the garment unique and special.

HAND MADE BAGS
*I make each bag individually by hand with great care. Please note my bags are made to order.
Please allow min 16-18 BUSINESS DAYS (due to the quantities of orders received before shipping delivery.

However if you would like your handbag order rushed there is a 25.00 RUSH fee.

*Once purchase the buyer agrees to the terms and condition.

HAND PAINTED HOME IRON GOODS

* Please allow me 8-10 BUSINESS days to complete your PAINTED item before shipping. (Handbags have a different completion date, please read above)

* When more then (1) hand painted iron is ordered, (many times this is the case) this will change the shipping delivery date. Reason being, I paint each item as it is ordered. I will try my best to ship out quickly, and will contact you regarding time of shipment.

HAND PAINTED HOME GOODS

* Our home goods are " painted to order" , please allow 8-10 BUSINESS days to complete your item before shipping. If item is completed sooner , I will ship as soon as done. I do not use assembly line techniques, this allows me to give more attention to detail.

*Please be sure to enter your " correct shipping address " for purchases.

*Your order will be shipped to your " Etsy Address we receive from you the buyer.

*Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for the parcel's time in customs.
Guaranteed delivery dates for overseas orders are not available as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

*Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. I am in not responsible for these taxes and duties, and they shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

*I cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced packages. Any claim should be addressed to relevant Postal services by Buyer.

SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

*If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address, please specify the correct address in the “message to seller” box at time of checkout.

*Once your order ships in US I will email you a shipping message with tracking number.

*At times due to our coastal weather not permitting proper drying of painted items, they may be delayed a few days.

*I am not responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced packages.
If the unfortunate event occurs that your item is received damaged, a PHOTO is required before a refund or replacement is issued.


*Shipping prices include handling.

*Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable

*If customer returns order, I refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges.
If item is returned, there is a 10% restocking fee and Pay Pal fee.

*Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

* All orders are hand packed by me with care and attention. We must try and "Go Green" when possible. To be good to our earth. I try ( when possible) to use recycled boxes and bubble wrap to reduce costs.

* ALL SALES FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

* Refund or exchange is not issued on CUSTOM ORDERS.
PLEASE NOTE:

* We normally hold between 80-100 open orders. Should you decide you want order ASAP, there is a 25.00 RUSH order fee.

*Please take time to read handbag measurements before ordering to get visual of size***

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

* International orders take a bit longer for delivery. Sometimes held in customs for a time.

*Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for the parcel's time in customs
I apologize but cannot provide delivery dates for international orders for they are not available, as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

*I cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced packages during transit. My product is out of my hands once shipped.

*If USPS states that your item WAS delivered but it is "missing" from YOUR property we are not responsible to send a replacement.

Any claim should be addressed at your local Post Office.

*UK CUSTOMERS: Customs in your country does charge a customs fee in order to pick up your item.

*Sometimes international shipments can be held at your LOCAL post office for pickup and not delivered at your doorstep. PLEASE be sure to check there if you are waiting for your order...they may forget to leave you a note.

*In some countries, buyers are subject to customs taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. I am not responsible for these taxes and duties. They are the responsibility of the buyer

Refunds and Exchanges

A SPECIAL NOTE:

Great care is spent in packaging your item with packing material. If you are unhappy with purchase and a return is necessary, PLEASE wrap in its original box/envelope with enclosed bubble wrap.

*Please DO NOT ship unwrapped.

* We are not a large corporation, but a small family company. You must pay return shipping. This covers monies incurred in the time and material used in the preparation of the item. Sold goods must be in the same condition you received it.
If an order is to be returned, must be shipped before refund is made.

( Handbags and other fabric goods must be returned within 3 days) Please email me first.

* CUSTOM ORDER is changes a customer makes on item. Be it different exterior color fabric or different color liner, change in size, or change strap length. So because this is made to customers specifications, custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable.


* Returns are subject to 10 % restocking minus the cost of shipping.

* Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not refund postage for unclaimed or undeliverable packages.

*If USPS states that your item WAS delivered but it is "missing" from YOUR property we are not responsible to send a replacement.

HAND MADE CLOTH GOODS

*Regarding fabric items, (bags) funds will not be refunded if item has been returned from a SMOKING environment.
* Fabric goods must be shipped to me within 3 business days of receipt ( I will not take returns after this time). Please email me before returning.

*CUSTOM ORDERS on hand made bags, or custom hand painted iron goods are not refundable or exchangeable. A custom work is changes customer has made on my product.

SWITCH PLATE CUSTOM ORDERS
* Switch Plate orders over 50.00 are not refundable. Very time consuming to hand paint many plates.

* I try my best to describe switch plates. Before ordering, please read over switch plate MEASUREMENTS.

*A fee of 12.50 will be charged for custom paint not in stock.

* Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may occasionally be some minor imperfections or variations.

Additional Policies and FAQs

- I DO NOT WHOLESALE

- I recommend hand washing my cloth made items in cold water. Hang dry. Light press. Unless otherwise indicated, all fabrics are pre-washed.

-PLEASE make sure to read dimensions on bags to insure size will work for you. Perhaps taking a handbag that you like, measuring length, and letting me know this is what you would like. I will gladly change strap length to what feels comfortable for you.

-There is an additional charge for rush orders.

-Colors may vary slightly due to the variations of monitors.

-There is additional charge for extra pockets, changes in bag regarding size, (for this entails changing pattern, and creating a new one). Custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable and price is subject to change due to bag modification.

- The feedback system is to help others learn about the experience you had with my shop. If question or concern please convo me, so we can work it out. If you had a positive experience with my shop, please let me know via feedback. This lets me and others know that my work was enjoyable and positive.
