🌿 QUESTION (1) Why does my order take 8-10 business days to

ANSWER: As much as we would like to ship next day, we hold on average 80-100 open orders daily. Time is taken to pull order, and the several steps of having to custom paint for each customer.
We work on the oldest orders to the newest.
However, we have a NEW feature. If you would like your order bumped to the front of the line, there is a small cost to RUSH your order. You will find it in the attached link. Simply add it to your cart when purchasing. Any questions please feel free to email us.


🌿 QUESTION (2) Do you ship international?

ANSWER: Yes, we do! If you do not find your country in the item your are searching, simply email us and we can help you find the best rate.

🌿 QUESTION (3) Can you paint and item with a custom color that you do not have in stock? For example, a paint color that I need to match to my existing paint at home?

ANSWER: Yes. There is a small 10.00 fee for custom paint.
We have many colors. However if you would like a custom paint you want to match to your home, email us the color name and brand.

🌿 QUESTION (4) I would like to buy for a friend and ship direct. Is this possible?

ANSWER: Yes! Very easy to do. During check out, write us a note, and give us your "SHIP TO" address. IF you would like a note included, let us know!

Our shipping rates cover cost of packing materials used in shipping. Bubble wrap, ink , paper, packing tape, shipping boxes. Many hours are spent in the packing process and driving packages to local post office.
I do try to go green when possible and use recycled materials. We must keep our earth beautiful . This is one way to do it .

CANADA orders are normally slow in shipping to its destination.

If you find you are unhappy with purchase, you can return it for a refund minus shipping charges. You must pay return shipping. Item must be in the same condition you received it. This covers monies incurred in the time and material used in the preparation of the item.
I receive literally hundreds of emails every week, and try my best to answer all . At times I am away from my desk, prepping home goods, painting, doing cuttings or simply on " time out" and hiding. Lol. I appreciate your patience .
