I'm disappointed with the quality of the custom pennant I ordered. It's just hot glued pieces of felt with no means to attach the pennant securely to a pole as I had hoped. It's fine for wall display only, as I don't think it'll hold up in any other capacity. The lettering is neat but that's the only part of this project that I feel was worth the money I spent. Also, the overall size is smaller than most pennants typically are.

It is exactly as pictured. For whatever reason I thought it would be smaller but that's because I didn't read the size. She reached out to me immediately after realizing USPS didn't scan the label properly. That is top tier customer service! Will definitely shop this store again!

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. Terrible customer service, has not responded to any messages on an order placed over a month ago. Asked for updates on shipping or when i could expect the item and she never responded. Refusing to refund even though I still have no product. I have had to reach out to Etsy to file a claim for a refund. She’s definitely running a scam.

Item was great and exactly as pictured but be warned that it took 7 weeks to arrive which felt like a lot.

Item is cute but the vinyl looks cheaply made/applied. Delayed shipping with no updates available from shipper until I sent a message.
