Frequently asked questions
How soon will my order ship?
Each listing states the production time (click on the "shipping" tab). You will receive an email with the tracking number the day it ships. Orders are shipped via USPS.
How can I customize an item?
When you go to checkout, you will find a box "note to seller". You can put your request here. Feel free to send me a message in advance if you have a question about personalizing.
Can I have something stamped on the back?
Items that give you the option to choose an inside/back message from a drop down menu are perfectly fine! If there is not an option to choose then due to the uniqueness of the piece it is not possible.
How do I care for my hand stamped item?
I use patina ink then buff your piece before shipping. I also include a care card with each item. If your item needs a little shine, use a plain soft cloth to buff it up! The lettering should last a very long time, but if they start to fade just use a permanent marker to fill in and quickly wipe off the excess to darken them a bit.
My pieces are not waterproof, so do not wear while swimming or showering.
Is gift wrapping available?
Each item is shipped in it's own gift box with a cute little tag on top...at no extra charge! They is also a care card included with each item.
