NOTE FOR ALL CUSTOM ORDERS: Recently I've been notified that some Buyers are not being notified when a message is sent to them. PLEASE log back in and check your messages, even if you haven't gotten a notice, after 48 hours of your order to review the mock up options that will be sent to you on custom items. I MUST have your approval on a design to complete and send out your custom order. Your quick response will ensure that I can get it out to you by the promised shipping date, or earlier. IF I do not hear back from you, I will extend your shipping date by 7 days, IF I still haven't heard back from you I will choose a design option for you and mail it out.

SUGGESTED HOLIDAY ORDERING SCHEDULE:
STANDARD shipping orders are available up to 12 days before the holiday date
PRIORITY shipping orders are available up to 7 days before the holiday date
Orders placed less than 8 days from any holiday are NOT guaranteed to arrive before the holiday.
Some exceptions may be made, but you MUST send a message to confirm BEFORE ordering.

Items are not made until you place your order (Custom items are not made until you have approved a final design) which means it is custom made just for you! We are located in Lakeland, FL. Most items ship out within 3-4 business days. We always strive to ship our items out ahead of schedule but we can’t make any promises.

NOTE: USPS is experiencing some delays on First Class shipping. IF you need your order within 2 weeks of ordering I highly suggest you upgrade to priority.
