LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
I put a lot of effort in secure packaging and provide tracking information on all shipped items. However, should an item become lost or damaged during shipment, we will make every effort to provide a replacement item, or refund the full purchase price at our discretion. Be aware that every so often items may be delayed by the shipping service; therefore, we consider a package lost if it has not arrived 30 days after being shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will gladly accept a return on non-custom. However, you MUST CONTACT ME FIRST to let me know of the problem, and item(s) MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING to qualify for a refund (minus shipping fees). If there was a mistake on my part or a defect you will be reimbursed for original shipping also. Orders that are returned without prior authorization and/or sent outside of this 7 day window will be returned to sender.
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 5 business days after you have received your purchase so we can work out a satisfactory solution. I do not offer exchanges. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition and packaging as well as return shipping costs. Refund will be issued upon return of item MINUS the shipping.
