1 out of 5 starsI ordered this item 3 weeks ahead of my trip to Miami Carnival. Was told it would arrive prior to my trip. I didn't receive shipping updates. I checked on the status of the item a week prior and was told it was still in their possession and would be shipped overnight. My item said "delivered." It was never received/in my possession. I was told it was FedEx issue. I started a claim with FedEx and I am still in the process of receiving a refund months later.

I am terribly sorry that the item never reached you. Despite the shop owner having a delay, it was still mailed and overnighted you in the time frame that would have made it to you on time. As long as it says "Delivered" and is confirmed as such when we contacted FedEx, we have no reason to assume that it was not delivered. As stated in our previous conversations, FedEx's investigation still states that it was completed on their end. We're not a currier service, so we heavily rely on them to complete orders timely. Unfortunately, this did not happen in this case. I strongly suggest that you continue to follow up with FedEx with this case and future deliveries. You WERE issued a full refund on this order, despite FedEx telling us that it was delivered. Take Care Candy Bras and Co.
