Announcement   Welcome to my world! I'm Renee - a fun mix of rock and roll and sweetie pie all mushed together to form a one woman sweat shop cranking out goodies you're sure to love!

I grew up in the 80s so I'm a lover of iconography - and pop culture.
I was adopted by a retired farming couple who taught me, at an early age, how to sew (among other hand crafts and old school skills) I latched on to it and from middle school on I was altering tshirts along with my older cousins.

I still love the things I did then and for me Nostalgia never goes out of style! It gives me great pleasure to make things that mean something personally to people, and custom orders are my favorite things! Feel free to message me with any ideas and we'll create something awesome!

About

All fun! All of the time!

When I was in elementary school, my older cousins used to cut up their concert and band tshirts and make everything from pillows to mini skirts. I mimicked them of course, I've always been a bit of a wild child - sneaking outfits under my clothes so my conservative parents wouldn't see what I was really wearing to school.
When my daughter was born I couldnt stand any of the frilly lacy clothing that was out and back then onesies were just plain, if you want variety you had to make it yourself. Since I was raised by a retired couple on a working farm, I had been sewing, crocheting, canning, cooking my whole life- so, I took some old tshirts and made onesies and some simple dresses and loved them. Once Krystal outgrew wearing handmade clothing I figured I'd sell them and I've been doing that for years, I started on ebay in 2001 with online selling and moved to Etsy in 2006.
Im fearless! I'll try anything to see if it will work. Challenge is everything which is why I dont' buy new tshirts. I only get tshirts from thrift stores, hand me downs and yard sales.
