What size are your labels? How many labels are on each sheet?
Labels are sold by the sheet. The number of labels you get per sheet depends on the label size you choose.

What's the best size label to get for my jar?
Labels can be applied to canning jar lids or the front of the glass jar. Mason canning jars can have either regular mouth or wide mouth lids. Please refer to the chart on my blog to determine what size you need for your lids.

What size jars do your cloth jam jar covers fit?
Fabric cloth covers are pre-cut to 6" circles since that works on most canning jar sizes. The 6" covers fit on regular mouth or wide mouth jars. Please refer to the size charts on my blog to see how cloth toppers look on various sized jars.

Are your canning labels easy to write on?
Yes! We print only on matte paper labels. Matte paper stock allows you to easily write on them with any marker or pen without smearing. But, we do recommend letting the ink dry a little before applying them to your surface.
Are your labels waterproof? Can they be used for freezer foods?
Our labels are paper, not vinyl. So they aren’t 100% waterproof. They're printed on a high end laser printer, so the colors won’t run and bleed like an inkjet print if they get wet.
Our labels can be used for freezer foods. However the paper will ripple slightly due to condensation and moisture.
Are you able to do custom label orders?
We can adjust labels for a customization fee or design NEW labels! Contact us for a price quote.
CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS:
1. We give you a price quote for your project.
2. After price quote approval, we create a custom order for you to purchase BEFORE we begin design work.
3. After purchase, we send a low-res watermarked JPEG proof for review. Any minor revisions to the proof are $2 per round.
4. Once approved, we will print & ship.
★ Custom design fees are NOT refundable since they pay for our time.
★ You will NOT be given digital art files to print yourself.
★ You DO NOT own the copyright of our custom design. Do NOT reproduce our labels for logos or marketing materials.
★ Colors on computer monitors may vary slightly from printed labels.
Do you sell digital download labels so I can print myself? Or can you print MY own label design?
No. We only sell printed labels. You will NOT receive digital art files to print yourself. You will not “own” our designs. We retain the copyright for all of our custom labels.
We can print customer-provided designs for an additional fee. We can also add logos or photos to our labels. Art needs to be high resolution & free of any copyright issues. We will need to inspect the art in order to provide a price quote. Please contact us for details & requirements.

What are your shipping policies & costs
We ship to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK. Buyer pays any VAT/Custom fees.
Orders ship from Ohio within 3 BUSINESS DAYS (Mon-Fri) after purchase in a rigid envelope with USPS tracking. USA delivery averages 3-6 business days. International averages 2-3+ weeks to arrive. We DO NOT offer expedited order processing or shipping.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Any mail or customs delays are out of our control. Custom orders will NOT be refunded if they do not arrive when you need them since we do not guarantee delivery dates.
We only ship to the delivery address used at checkout. Orders will NOT be refunded for items not received from incorrect shipping addresses.
