We accept credit card payments, Paypal, personel checks and money orders. Payment is due immediately upon order unless you have contacted us to make arrangements. We will send a reminder and if payment or contact is not made within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and reported to Etsy admin for non-payment.
We guarantee shipment within 1 week from the time that payment is received unless otherwise noted in the individual item listing. Shipping costs will vary depending on the item. Please make sure that you Paypal address matches your Etsy shipping address.
Attention International Shoppers:
Seller is not responsible for custom duties or import tariffs, taxes, fees or delays caused by customs. Please be aware that you may be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country. You may wish to verify with your local customs office for estimates of these charges and for further information. Please do not ask us to mark as gift or change the declared pricing on the customs form. We are a company that frequently ships international orders and we cannot put false information on customs documentation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know before leaving feedback and we will do our best to correct the problem.
Refunds will be given under the following circumstances: Please CONVO us prior to shipping your item back. The item must be sent back within 5 days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We have a no return policy on all custom orders. When we setup your listing, please make sure the spelling, grammar and punctuation is exactly the way you want it.
