What is your return policy?
If you want to return your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and send your items back within 30 days. Unfortunately I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders and items on sale, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
All return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
How can I cancel my order?
If you decided to cancel your order please contact me within 24 hours.
How can I change my order?
If you decided to change your order please contact me. If I haven’t yet started making your order, I will gladly change it.
How can I make a custom order?
If you have any special requests, e.g., additional pockets, please request a custom order and I will make it specially for you.
How can I order a personalization?
I can make a laser engraving or debossing on your leather goods. To make a personalization, please, follow these simple steps:
1. Check available locations and fonts
2. Choose “Laser Engraving” or “Debossing” in the sales options, depending on the type of personalization you want
3. Write your text, selected location and font in the order comments
If you provide all this necessary information, I will start doing your order faster.
What leather do you use?
For all my products I use only full grain leather: crazy horse, split, kaiser and flotar.
1. Crazy Horse. Despite the significance, it is calfskin. Its main feature is vintage look. The leather is soft, supple, smooth and without gloss. It will look even better with time.
2. Split leather. Cow split leather is a type of leather that is created from the fibrous part of the cowhide and is formed from the top-grain of the rawhide once it is separated from the hide.
3. Kaiser leather. Kaiser is a hard cow leather. Its main feature is a glossy surface. It doesn’t scratch and its surface remains perfectly split.
4. Flotar leather. This leather is soft, breathing, durable and elastic. Products from this leather can last for years.
How can I receive my order faster?
There are two ways to receive you order faster.
First way is available for my US customers. Recently I have opened a new warehouse of my handmade wallets in Illinois! That is why some of my wallets I can deliver as soon as possible - up to 4 days.
Please pay your attention than it's valid only for goods without additional options, such as engraving.
Please, select "Quick delivery to USA" section to see which wallets are available now.
Second way is available for all my customers and products. I can send your order by express delivery company. Please choose express shipping instead of standard shipping in your card.
Additional information about our warranty
All my products have warranty and I will repair your leather goods for free, if they were broken because of poor workmanship or defective materials.
This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear; accidental damage such as gashes, rips, usage of chemicals and cleaners; animal, fire and weather damage; third-party and intentional damage, etc.
Please notice, that all shipping costs you need to cover by yourself.
Additional Shipping Information for USA customers
I ship all orders to USA with Signature Confirmation. This extra precaution helps ensure that your items arrive safely to you.
Please note that USPS cannot leave your package if there is no person to sign. However, the postal employee may give your parcel to neighbors or to those who were at home at that time. You may want to have your items delivered to your place of work or a post office box. If you're not available at the time of delivery, not to worry! USPS provides the option to schedule a time for re-delivery or you can pick the package up from USPS directly.
What is your schedule?
I am scheduled weekdays from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m. EDT (8 a.m. to 4 p.m. GMT) with weekends off. Please be patient while waiting for a response to weekend messages. I will answer your messages as soon as I will be back in the office on Monday.
