My name is Isabelle, I am a life coach, meditation teacher and specialized in singing bowls. Trained as a social worker, I have been accompanying people in difficulty for almost 20 years.
Wishing to offer a different management of suffering, I trained in positive psychology and life coaching to become a personal development consultant in 2013. I offer since individual sessions of personalized accompaniment.
Tibetan Buddhist philosophy has always called me and I met the singing bowls about ten years ago. Passionate about these mysterious objects, they have since integrated my practice during individual sound relaxation sessions, creative workshops around mandalas or finally discovery courses of singing bowls.
My path naturally continues with a meeting that changed my practice at the turn of a training on mental calm with Geshe Lobsang SAMTEN in 2016. Meditation has become an integral part of my life, both personal and professional.
That's why I followed with him levels 1 and 2 to be able to teach meditation to beginners, according to the certification of the Paramita Center of Tibetan Buddhism of Quebec.
I accompany since Geshe Lobsang Samten and help him to clarify his thought during conferences in the Vaucluse.

Je m’appelle Isabelle, je suis coach de vie, enseignante méditation et spécialisée dans les bols chantants. De formation d’assistante sociale, j’accompagne les personnes en difficultés depuis presque 20 ans.
Souhaitant proposer une prise en charge différente de la souffrance, je me suis formée à la psychologie positive et au coaching de vie pour devenir consultante en développement personnel en 2013. Je propose depuis des séances individuelles d’accompagnement personnalisé.
La philosophie bouddhiste tibétaine m’a toujours appelée et j’ai rencontré les bols chantants il y a une dizaine d’années. Passionnée par ces mystérieux objets, ils ont depuis intégré ma pratique lors de séances de relaxation sonore individuelle, d’ateliers créatifs autour des mandalas ou enfin de stages découverte des bols chantants.
Mon chemin se poursuit naturellement par une rencontre qui a changé ma pratique au détour d’une formation sur le calme mental auprès de Guéshé Lobsang SAMTEN en 2016. La méditation fait désormais partie intégrante de ma vie, tant personnelle que professionnelle.
C’est la raison pour laquelle j’ai suivi à ses côtés les niveaux 1 et 2 pour pouvoir enseigner la méditation aux débutants, selon la certification du centre Paramita de Bouddhisme tibétain du Québec.
J’accompagne depuis Guéshé Lobsang Samten et l’aide à clarifier sa pensée lors de conférences dans le Vaucluse.
