Hi, I’m Angie — founder of Capability Connections and a Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Early in my career, I worked with autistic children, and throughout my life I’ve supported my niece Elise, who is neurodiverse. Those experiences showed me how much of a difference the right tools can make — helping someone feel more confident, more included, and more connected.

I started Capability Connections to share those kinds of tools: printables, trackers, and conversation resources designed to make practicing social skills simple, supportive, and even fun.
