Really nice vendor, easy to email and communicate. Made item quickly and mailed it quickly, received it in plenty of time. Really nice quality, well made. very cute. Just like photo.

Busy, Busy, Busy

I started with a disposable camera back in 1975, crocheting in 1980 and a sewing machine in 1990. I like to play with different things and going to try a couple new hobbies and fill up the store shelves with other things besides crocheted items. But at this moment we are getting ready to relocate so I must sell off a lot of my stuff I have been keeping around for too long.

I started selling handmade items, mostly crocheted and machine sewn, over 20 years ago. The last handful of years I have been playing with a camera and I want to share what I see while on one of my wanderings.

I accept payment via PayPal and credit card (which is processed by PayPal but does not require a PayPal account).

Shipping
→ Domestic shipping-
Domestic shipping within the US is through UPS, FedEx and USPS Mail. Delivery should be 3-6 business days based on where your package is being sent. Tracking info is limited.
If you would like to upgrade to Express Shipping please message me for upgraded shipping quote.

→ APO, FPO and DPO Addresses

I am able to deliver to APO, FPO and DPO addresses, however, due to the nature of these services, it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order. I recommend using a land or civilian address, if possible!

International shipping should take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. However, delays can occur in transit, so it's possible that your order may take up to 5 weeks to be delivered. These ship times are only estimates and not guaranteed. I will set up a custom order with correct shipping price for international orders.

Packages can sometimes take longer to arrive because of the following: increased volume of mail around the holidays, delays at customs, and inclement weather. It can also take longer for packages to arrive in certain countries such as Asia, Africa and South America. I do ship to most countries.

➔ Multiple item purchase-
If you are purchasing a variety of items, such as prints combined with pillow covers, I recommend that you request a custom order so that I can calculate the shipping more accurately and create a custom listing just for you. Sometimes you will be overcharged or undercharged when combining items because Etsy calculates shipping automatically when adding items to your cart. If you purchase multiple items without a custom order and the shipping cost is not accurate, I will contact you.

➔ Customs charges-
I do not collect any customs when sending out packages. All packages containing prints that are 8x10" or smaller are shipped as oversized lettermail and should not incur any customs charges. Larger items that are shipped outside of the US may incur additional fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, or customs charges. Since I cannot predict or calculate these charges, the buyer is responsible for their payment should they occur. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
→ Replacement policy
I want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange or replace it with any item(s) of equal value. I do not offer refunds. Please, contact me within 30 days of receiving your order for exchanges or replacements. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.

→ Lost package
In the event of a lost package I will ask you to wait 8 weeks before I replace your item. It has been my experience that even the most sidetracked packages, find their way in that time frame. I do not offer refunds or send out new orders until 8 weeks have passed since your ship date.
