Welcome to my shop, Capistrano Fiber Arts. Thank you for your interest in my shop! I love color and do my best to infuse my products with my unique color sense.

Payment
I accept payment through Paypal. Please pay for items on the same day as purchased. If payment is not made within 3 days of the transaction date, the sale will be canceled. I have a 14-day return policy (from the date item is received - based on delivery tracking) but items must be in the original state as received by buyer and resalable. If items are not returned with a post mark within the 14-day return window, a refund will not be issued. Buyer is responsible for the return postage, unless the item was grossly misrepresented or was defective.
Shipping
I ship by the least expensive means possible to help save you money and will provide tracking information on all US orders. I try to ship the same day or at most by the next postal business day for orders received on holidays and weekends. Buyer is responsible for lost packages, if Delivery Confirmation/Delivery Tracking shows that the package was delivered.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with any product you receive from me or there is something wrong with the item you purchased, please convo me within 5 days of receipt of your order so that I may try to resolve the problem. I want you to be happy with your purchase from my shop.

You have up to 14 days from date of receipt to return the item(s) purchased for a full refund. The item(s) must be in the original state as received by buyer -- yarn cannot have been wound into a ball. The item(s) must be in a state that it is resalable by me. Additional policies and FAQs
International Shipping: I will ship outside of the US but ask that you message me with the item(s) you would like to purchase. I will then check the costs of shipping to your country and let you know the costs. You can then make the decision on whether you wish to purchase the items plus the shipping costs. Shipping costs vary from country to country and some of the costs have gone up substantially. Buyer is responsible for any customs or duty fees or taxes. Thanks for your understanding.

It is my shop policy not to place on "hold" or "reserve" my products for a customer for any period of time. The only "discounts" I offer on my products are items that I discount in my "Sale" section. Also, I do not offer custom spinning or custom dyeing.
