Welcome to Cara Bella Designs! I've been in love with crafting for years, in all kinds of media, but lately I've focused on textiles, embroidery, and weaving. I'm excited to share my treasures with you, and hope you find something that delights you, too!

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Items may be returned in original condition after notifying me within within 3 business days (M-F) of delivery and shipped within 14 days of delivery, as indicated by the delivery confirmation electronic notice from USPS, for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Payment
I accept payment by Paypal. If I do not receive payment within 3 days, the transaction will be cancelled.
Shipping
Shipment will be made to Paypal confirmed addresses only, within 4-5 business days after receiving payment (sooner, if I am able). I ship by first class US Postal Service, and always include delivery confirmation. If you would like to add insurance or expedite shipping, please convo me before purchasing and I will these additional cost(s) to shipping.
At this time, international shipping is not available, but please convo me if you are interested in my work but live outside of the United States.
