Returns & Exchanges:

I ONLY accept returns if the item or items are damaged in the delivery process. You will have 24 hours after receiving your items to contact us with a description of the damage and photos of the box (even if no signs of damage shows) and of the product damaged. We will not honor any damaged claim after 24 hours. All packages will have shipping insurance. If package is damaged or lost please contact us for how to procced. If suspected of foul play no help will be given.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I am a very understanding person and know things can happen and will try my best to accommodate any issues that arises to the best of my ability. Please be honest with me and I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Please be sure to READ the description and/or message any question you might have on a product before purchasing.

If I agree to help fix any items that were damaged during transport you will be responsible for paying to ship the item back to us and the shipping to receive the item back as we do not offer returns or exchanges and will not be held liable for damages that happen during the transport of items.

Shipping policies

I do not control what happens to packages after they have been sent for shipping. Packaging does not always reflect damages that can occur during shipping. Please check that your address is correct and keep an eye out for the delivery through the Etsy app. If for any reason the address you provided is incorrect and your item is returned to me, you will need to pay postage again to have it delivered to the correct address. We will not be held responsible for incorrect information provided to us. If it is our mess up, we will ship it back at no charge. Please be sure to provide your correct and legal name, that your address is correct, that the apartment number and letter is provided if applicable, and the zip code is correct to prevent this from happening. Do not rely on the post office to catch errors made. And please be aware some post offices will not deliver to addresses with fake names.

YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY NAME OR ADDRESS AFTER PURCHASE. If it is wrong you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to have your order cancelled to repurchase under the correct name and address. After 24 hours we will only ship it to the original address.

If there is a delivery failure due to an error on your end and it is returned to us you will need to pay for shipping (including the Esty fee for new listing for you to purchase the shipping cost) again before we mail the package back out. If the error is on our end (we wrote it wrong etc.) we will cover the cost of standard shipping within its weight class to be mailed back out correctly.

Please note that custom orders will take longer to produce! So, plan accordingly! If you need it by a specific date let us know in your inquiry and we will let you know if it can be done or not. Please also keep in mind that shipping is not processing time, it is a separate thing. Make sure when ordering that the shipping and processing time is within your time frame. Add 4 days for priority to be safe and 1 week for first class. They may come faster but its best to be prepared, especially during the holidays.

I no longer honor requests for faster processing and shipping after you have ordered. If you want it by a sooner date then what it's listed for you need to pay for the express shipping when purchasing the item. For custom orders be specific on when it is needed. Asking for a faster processing time sometimes may result in a "Rush order" fee. Be advise we go to conventions, work full time besides the business and have personal lives that can get in the way of my crafting. Please contact me with any questions and I will do my best.

International buyers may be required by their country to pay extra fees before delivery of item. These include customs and tax charges based on your countries import laws.

Payment:

Payment must be made upon purchase. If payment is not posted to us within 12 hours of purchase, we will contact you to see if Esty or PayPal is holding your funds and to see how you’d like to proceed.

- I kindly ask that you do not ask others to make my items or have me make similar items from other Artist. My items are all unique and special in their own way. They are my own creations and I ask that you do not hire out others to reproduce them. I consider such actions as stealing and will take actions against you on any sites we see you posting asking for such a thing to be done. We take this very seriously.

- Do not buy My items with the intent to copy for personal or business use.

The item may not be exact to the picture!! This is because of lighting, items being handmade, and such things I cannot control.

We do have pets; hair and dander travel. We do our best to keep it away from your items but if you have crazy sever allergies order at your own digression.

Please Do not write a bad review or open a case without contacting me first or reading the policies and item descriptions correctly. I would rather try to resolve the issue with you before taking it a step farther. I do my best to work with our customers, as long as you come into a situation pleasantly I will do everything I can within reason and making it fair to both sides to fix a situation.
