Item came when promised and was exactly what was advertised.

I just received the item today and the stickers are peeling off already. And they removed an old sticker without cleaning it and it’s sticky. One of the roses is messed up as well. Honestly I’d like a refund as this is not something I will gift to my friend due to the poor quality.

Wonderful quality, exactly as advertised.

Ornament arrived on time, and packaged appropriately. Front and back of the ornament look great,and are as pictured. However, the joint between the front piece and back piece look a little sloppy, like the paint wasn't cleaned up prior to shipping. Will be touching up with yellow or black paint on at the joint before giving as a gift.
