As such we often use recycled boxes and packaging materials and we try to get creative in packing items so that items arrives safely while still using the least amount of packaging materials. This may mean your order may not be in the most beautiful box and the protective items (packing peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.) inside may not match.

5 out of 5 starsi am in love with this item! its perfect, it feels nice, it looks amazing, AND the craftsmanship is stunning. i also got the lady maria cosplay and it is one heck of an art piece! the attention to detail is beautiful, and the measurements are on point. nikolette even gave a little space for movement in the cosplay. not even the photos can do its justice on how good it looks!!! shipping was also really fast! and their communication was top tier, i will be doing business with this shop again as they were the kindest, most helpful person ever! thank you so much nikolette, for everything, i appreciate the hard work youve put into the cosplay. ❤️

5 out of 5 starsBetter construction than I was expecting (given past experience with novelty hats). The flaps of the brim have snaps so they can be worn up or down for a more cavalierish look, which I thought was a fun feature
