PLEASE NOTE! Device screens and monitors can skew the colors shown in any imagery we may use for proofs, concepts and produced items. This is due to the limitations of RGB colors used for screens. We cannot guarantee color matching due to this limitation. Many of our items are produced using CMYK color so most screens cannot render this color mode accurately.

In the event of defect, a replacement product may be provided. We may require return of the product or photographic evidence of any defect to determine if a replacement will be provided. Damage from misuse will not be covered. Unfortunately due to customers abuse of policies, no refunds will be provided. Any customized item, once approved for production, cannot be canceled.

Typical items are produced in 1-business day or 2- business days (duration is noted for the product.) Special orders may require additional time and the customer will be notified. You most likely will not find any other shop that produces and ships your order any quicker.
HAWAII & ALASKA CUSTOMERS: Some items may require additional shipping charges to Hawaii or Alaska (even if indicated or advertised as "Free"). Etsy will not reflect these costs and may require additional charges to ship to these locations. We reserve the right to cancel an order to these locations if the additional shipping costs are not paid. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions regarding shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
Please note that Priority Mail service is NOT a guaranteed delivery date. We are not responsible for delays by the shipping service used. If we quote a delivery date, we will do everything to make sure it gets there in time but once it's in the shipper's hands, we CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE for shipping delays. Any quoted delivery date is not an absolute guarantee. No refunds or discounts will be provided for late deliveries by the shipper. Lost orders may be replaced in the event the tracking number shows it did not arrive to the destination. If the tracking number shows delivery to the address provided with your order, no replacement or refund will be provided (unfortunately some people are dishonest and claim they don't receive packages- if the tracking shows it arrived, we are not responsible for stolen or incorrect addresses). Most shippers can GPS verify the location the package was scanned for delivery. If the item doesn't arrive, please contact USPS or FedEx with your tracking information to confirm the package status. Most shippers will not provide this information to the shipper- only to the recipient.

How long does it take to produce a window decal?
Once an order with any personalized/customized information is placed, we design your order and send a electronic proof through Etsy Messaging for your review. Once we receive your approval for the design, the decal is typically produced within 24 hours. Once produced your decal is prepared for shipping the next business day.
How long does it take to produce a tablecloth?
Each order is individually produced. The tablecloth with a single color logo is typically produced within 24 hours. Once produced your tablecloth is prepared for shipping the next business day. If the order includes full color logos or are a runner style, they typically take 2 full days to produce.
Does the decal go on the inside or outside of the window? What about my rear wiper?
Our decals are produced from quality, professional adhesive vinyl materials and are specifically designed for use outdoors on vehicles. The typical lifespan is 6-7 years exposed to the weather. Using a rear wiper will not remove the decal. We do recommend that you only use the wiper when the window is thoroughly wet to reduce the potential of scratching the finish. Rear window defrosters will not affect the decal.
Can the decal be removed and reused?
Unfortunately once the decal is placed on the window, it cannot be removed and reinstalled. It can be removed using adhesive remover and will show no signs that it was ever on the window in the event you sell the vehicle.
Can the tablecloth be washed?
The tablecloth is embossed with commercial grade heat press vinyl. This is not just a cheap "iron-on" like some shops may try to sell! It is durable enough to be washed over and over. The tablecloth is polyester and can be laundered and machined dried like any other polyester garment without fading or shrinkage.
I want a decal and have no idea what size I need!?!
We can help you with that. We have thousands of scaled images of most popular vehicles. We can assist you with sizing- just click the "Question" button on the listing. Some general guidelines though. Most common sedans (Camry, Accords, Fusions, Corolla, Civics...) have very large rear windows and typically any size will fit them. Most compact SUV's and crossovers can vary greatly with some having very short rear windows so a small or medium may be the largest that will fit. Full size SUV's can typically take up to a large but there are some that may only take up to a medium. Trucks depend on the rear window configuration and we can custom design for trucks! We include the dimensions in the description so you can check your vehicle.
Do you produce custom and personalized orders?
Certainly- we have produced materials for small businesses and even Fortune 500 companies, billion-dollar tech companies and nationally known chains! They know and trust our work. But we can help the small shop owners, coffee shops, direct sales businesses, real estate professionals, churches, non-profits. We specialize in custom, personal design services. We aren't just producers, we are designers!
We would need your art work preferably in a vector file format to get the best final product. Depending on your artwork, some items are single color reproduction and but full color items require dye sublimation printing. But we can help you with those options. Contact us to get your ideas started!
What other items do you supply?

I want a window cling, can you do those?
We get this question occasionally. We can produce window clings BUT we do not recommend them for vehicles. Window clings are not durable enough to stand up to the conditions a typical vehicle is exposed to.
