If you would like a card customized, then I charge a fee of $30 per hour in the design phase of the process. Once ordered, I will send a digital draft within 24 hours from order date. Your order will include 2 revisions. Any additional revisions will be charged the design fee rate of $30 per hour. Once final approval is given by the buyer, final cards will be created and shipped within a timely manner.

After purchase, if you choose to cancel the custom order, you must cancel within 24 hours of order for full refund and cancellation. After cancellation, I will not create a new custom order for you.

Some of my items can be remade in large quantities. Please contact me if you are interested in ordering any item in bulk.

The dimensions of each product are mentioned in the product description. Most cards are 5.5 inches x 4.25 inches. However, if you are not clear about the dimensions or would like further details on them, please do not hesitate to contact me.

All my cards and stationery are blank inside. If you'd like an inside message added to your card, please order this personalization listing: http://etsy.me/2nEQXq5 and the card of your choice. Please leave your personalized message in 'message to seller' at checkout.

If you provide the wrong shipping address, please contact me ASAP, so I can cancel the original order and have you reorder with the correct address.
If you provide the wrong shipping address, and don't notice until after the order has shipped, please contact me ASAP, and reorder with the correct address, and I will expedite the process of creating your new order and ship it out again. I will refund the customer the original order once it returns, but not the shipping fee, unless it is a custom or personalized order. If it's a custom or personalized order, then there will be no refunds.

If your US order shipment goes missing without update to tracking info for 10 days, I can offer a refund. International orders cannot be offered the same as USPS doesn't track international packages once they've left the United States.

Or you can order it via any long distance card listing by selecting state 1, US location, then selecting state 2, Other Country. Please add your cities, state/country in the personalization box. If you'd like 2 other countries or something else, please message me so I can create a custom listing for you.

Unless an error is made on my part, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted or offered due to these cards being custom and personalized.

I gladly accept cancellations, and will give a full refund, within 24 hours of purchase. I will assume you no longer want to make a purchase at my shop.

Personalization box in the card listing for long distance cards is referring to the cities of the states for personalized heart placement within the state of choice.
Personalized message (http://etsy.me/2nEQXq5) is either an inside message or outside message that is written with ink in a font of choice: cursive or print.
Mail direct refers to getting a personalized message and having it mailed directly to the recipient, which means that I will not include a thank you note to the buyer and will enclose the card inside it's envelope and handwrite the recipient's name on the front of it for gift giving, upon receipt.
