The rugs and decorative items are shipped via CTT (Correios de Portugal), and the calculated shipping costs already include tracking number, insurance and personalized delivery at the address of the recipient.
Art prints are sent via fast mail.
I am not responsible for eventual loss of packages, but I will help to track them whenever there is a delay.

Items will ship within 1 to 2 working days after payment.
Orders within Europe usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive, and international orders usually require 3-4 weeks (these times are not exact, and depend on the mail service and customs practices of the specific country).

International orders may be subject to taxes and duties depending on their destination. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
