Announcement   US, AUSTRALIA and CANADA customers - tracking info:
Parcels that come from Poland, are not scanned in USA, Canada and Australia, so once parcel will leave Poland, tracking won't be updated, but still my parcels are signature - required, to avoid losts and theft on it's way.
Parcel should come within 4 weeks. If it won't show up after these 4 weeks, then at first, if possible, please contact your local post office.

Delays:
If, according to estimated delivery time (see Policies) parcel should already arrive, but it's still on way, this might be one of the reasons:
- customs are overloaded (perhaps during a Christmas holidays period),
- because of weather conditions in the airports (airplanes can't land)
- due to some temporary logistic changes.

♥ Custom orders are welcome. If you need something special, bigger quantity, different color than available - maybe I'll be able to prepare that (it will just depend on supplies). Sometimes I can prepare matching jewellery sets to available hair sticks (like matching earrings).

♥ If you're looking for a gift for somebody - please don't order it week before close data. Even if you're living close to me and everything tells you it should come - don't risk. It's better to ask me for advice than waste your money on items which won't arrive on time. It will make BOTH of us stressed. Believe me - it's better to order gift 2 months before close data and calmly wait for parcel than be stressed every day.

I'm jewellery maker since 2008 and since 2011 I started to make hair sticks, which are currently my speciality.
In Poland, it's very rare to see women wearing hair sticks (in fact, never saw it). I couldn't buy even a single one hair stick anywhere! So I decided to start making some on my own :) I would never guess it will be my way of life, but here we go!

I would like to order item in bigger quantity than available. Is it possible?

Sometimes I'm able to make more copies of the same item. It will just depend of supplies I have. If you want more than available - contact me. I can't promise I will fulfill your request, but if I would be able to do so, I'll.

How to contact you?

Please ALWAYS contact me via Etsy conversation. It really helps for both of us - customer and seller. I'll try my best to reply you within 24h from Monday to Friday. On weekends, please give me 48h.

What if I haven't claimed my parcel on time?

In case when parcel was not claimed by customer on time and parcel came back to me, I can re-ship order. Then, I'm expecting payment for 1) sending back of the parcel (usually I don't pay more than $4-$6) 2) re-shipping (the same price as during making an order). Of course there is possibility to cancel the order after I'll receive parcel back if buyer want's to do so, but then I'm not refunding for shipping and I'm deduct refund for shipping back price.

If the item came damaged, do I need to ship it back?

You have to contact me. Sometimes I would like to have item back, sometimes I wont need it.

I want to ship back the items, where I can find your address to do so?

Address is on parcel you'll receive. If you don't have envelope anymore, contact me and I'll send you my address. This also means that I'm NOT sharing my address before you will place your order.

Why I can't track the parcel even if there is tracking number?

You're probably U.S / Canada / Australia - located customer. Since October 1, 2015, the USPS Postal Service doesn't offer tracking for international Registered Mails coming from Poland. However, I will still ship all parcels as registered - INCLUDING SIGNATURE REQUIRE. Please note that those parcels won't be left on porch or in maibox. Because of it, I highly suggest to set your working place as shipping destination.
