Payment

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees/duties/taxes and I WILL NOT falsify customs forms.

Shipping

All orders ship within two days of purchase, except Friday orders, which usually ship on Monday. If for some reason I cannot ship within two days, I will contact you and let you know exactly when I plan to ship your order.

All orders, domestic and international, ship via USPS.

All domestic orders under 13oz ship USPS first class mail. All domestic orders over 13oz ship USPS priority mail. All international orders under 4lbs ship USPS first class international. All international orders over 4lbs ship USPS priority mail. If international buyers wish to have a package that is under 4lbs shipped via priority mail, please contact me before purchasing so that I can adjust the shipping charges. Tracking and $50 insurance is automatically added to all domestic orders shipped via priority mail. Tracking or insurance can be added to any other domestic or international order - please contact me before purchasing so that I can adjust the shipping charges as necessary. In the event that the shipping charged is significantly more than the actual shipping, overages will be refunded, domestic or international.

I will gladly upgrade shipping if you need something in a hurry, whether it be USPS Priority Express/or FedEx/UPS. All you have to do is contact me before the purchase and I can adjust the shipping cost in the listing. If you realize you need it in a hurry after your purchase, just contact me and we can always work something out.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do offer refunds/returns.

In the instance that the buyer finds a received item to be egregiously different than how I have described it in the listing (condition, color, size, etc), I offer a full refund, including shipping both ways. The refund will be issued when the item has been safely returned to me.

In the instance that an article of clothing does not fit but was accurately described in the listing, I offer a full refund of the purchase price only - I do not refund the shipping. The refund will be issued when the item has been safely returned to me.

All returns must be requested within 45 days of purchase and returned to back to me within 60 days of purchase.

I do not offer returns on international sales.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Often people buy items as presents and have them shipped directly to the recipient. If you wish to do this, I am 100% behind it, and even offer, free of charge, gift wrapping and/or dropping a note in with the package. If you choose to go this route, please message me and I will do my best to get your present out the way you want it.
