5 out of 5 starsBeautiful Czech glass buttons as I expected, and the are perfect for my own hand knitted cardigans. Carola is super friendly and a great communicator. She sent me some messages for up dating the delivery which was helpful and even she sent me extra mini gift with my order! I will come back to her shop soon. Would highly recommended.

4 out of 5 starsThe buttons arrived promptly, Carola had added a few freebies! As described. I used some to replace a couple of buttons that kept dropping off a favourite coat (button loops were too thin and cut through the thread). Result - I can wear my coat again ♥️

Carola's Choices brings you 50 years of passion for vintage, textiles, jewelry, beads and the unusual.
I have always collected vintage and textiles and various curious items that caught my eye since the age of 9. I started my first vintage store in Amsterdam with my mum in the early 1970's when I was 19 and then we opened another one near Covent Garden in London in the early 1980's. Even when I didn't have a shop I would buy just as though I still had one. Every nook and cranny in my bijoux Amsterdam flat has something stuffed in it that I have discovered on my travels.
I come across things.........we attract each other.....I find myself somewhere and it seems like it is just to discover that item........it just happens that way. I don't look they find me!
Now what I wore growing up in the 1960's, 70's and 80's is vintage! Which is strange as I wore a lot of vintage then, dressing up to go dancing in clubs in vintage outfits especially in the early 70's. ( Quite a few stories there to tell )
So please bear with me as I have a lot to put on line and I keep on discovering stuff in drawers and cupboards. I really have to create some space as I will need several lifetimes to use everything that I have collected. I have to start somewhere so I will be building up the shop as I go along.
I look forward to sharing my passion with you.

A lover of textiles, vintage and curiosa I have collected my whole life. I sold vintage in Amsterdam in the 70's and in London in the 80's. Now I am selling off my collections. I make textile art and jewelry using a wide range of these materials.

I am prepared to reserve an item for a limited time, please mail me about this.
Cancellation is possible only before the items are shipped. After this period it becomes a refund ( please look at refund policies) .

In the rare case that your item has not arrived please contact me within 2 months of purchase. Refund will be on the item only not on the shipping.
NOTE: You can save on shipping by making multiple purchases as you pay for shipping ONLY on the first item, all additional items are then added at NO extra cost. I can combine orders.
All items are dispatched with an accurate customs declaration as per the sale price.
Within the European Union there are no extra taxes,for all countries outside the EU different rules apply.
