After exchanging several mails with you, it appears that you are trying to print.... the preview, wich is not made to be printed but to to show customers what is on the zip files you will receive. The elements and papers are in 300 dpi, to be printed at home or by a professional, the previews are only at 72 dpi, enough for a monitor resolution and was never made to be printed. 4 days after my last mail, without answer from you, I assume you finally succeed in downloading and printing my product. (you must have deleted this terrible review, but as it is not the case, I use my right to publicly answer, as I inform you). All my products are quality checked, both by me and by other stores owners and are already used by customers and by several CT, whom I always ask feedback.
