While you can't see it, I used the head band to put the feathers on. It was a great fit and very comfortable. Pro Tip though....make sure you put the feathers on with their points above the bottom edge of the headband :) Item came quick and just as I ordered it.

Carol looks at things as a canvas ready to be created and transformed into something more beautiful and useful than it was before.
Everything I design is playful and unique.
Quality, functionality and a never ending supply of imagination, is the driving force behind each piece I design.
I use vintage, recycled and brilliantly colored fabrics and beads to create one of a kind handbags and accessories.

Carol was taught by her mother to sew at the age of 7. She was inspired by her father to imagine and create that which is impossible. Beading and sewing has always been a passion, and when asked by a friend to make a handbag, she found a new avenue to for her creativity, combining her love for sewing and beading to design something beautiful, whimsical and fun.

Payment
Sheylily accepts payments through PayPal or Direct Checkout at the time of purchase. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment has cleared via Priority Mail, First class snail mail or USPS. Customer takes responsibility for insuring their item. I cannot be responsible for loss or damaged items during shipping and is no longer in my control.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES (customs, taxes etc.) THAT YOUR COUNTRY CHARGES AND WILL BE ADDED TO AND PAID THROUGH THE SHIPPING FEE. Tracking for INTERNATIONAL BUYERS is not available through the post office.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase. I will kindly and graciously accept your return if not satisfied.

Refund of the purchase price minus applicable transaction fees (shipping and handling, Etsy transaction fees, Direct Checkout or PayPal payment processing fees) are non-refundable within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied.

Transactions cancelled before payment is processed and item is shipped will receive a full refund.

Returned items that are mailed as uninsured postage is the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping and insurance charges and will not receive a refund if the item fails to arrive or is damaged in returned shipping and a refund will be from the customers paid insurance claim.
